Cycling from Convento do Espinheiro to Azaruja. Begin with Monte do Serrado de Baixo, a farmhouse with a private classic car collection. After a visit and included lemonade break, our biking adventure commences. Visit a winery in a medieval property with a restored 14th-century palace. Explore Igrejinha, known for its charming white houses with colorful stripes. Discover a century-old train station with a unique prickly pear project. End with a special visit to a cork factory. Witness cork transformation and its applications.

DAY 05: Évora

Breakfast Cycling from Convento do Espinheiro to Évora and back Pedal to stunning Évora for a day of cycling and monument exploration. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Évora offers much to savor. Uncover regional flavors in stores with wine, olive oil, jam, honey, and chocolates. Post-lunch, ascend Alto de São Bento for local sunset vistas.

Distance: 25 kms

Difficulty: Easy except for climb to Alto the São Bento, which you may choose not to do

Terrain: Mostly flat and mix of dirt track and asphalt.

DAY 06: Évora

Cycling from Reguengos to Monsaraz. Transfer to Reguengos in the morning for a biking journey. Today’s destination is the fortified village of Monsaraz, a historical stronghold near the Spanish border. Along the way, we’ll visit S. Pedro do Corval, a pottery village known for its skilled artisans shaping and painting clay. Join a workshop for a hands-on experience! Enjoy lunch by Europe’s largest artificial lake, the Alqueva dam reservoir, with Spain in sight. Afterwards, ascend to conquer Monsaraz castle, savoring its peaceful streets. Return with our transfer. Lunch included. Dinner not included

DAY 07: ÉVORA

Next, visit Vila Viçosa, a picturesque village known for its marble. Explore the Ducal Palace, built between 1502 and 1700, and the Marble Museum. Admire the scenic Serra d’Ossa and visit the charming 14th century church, Our Lady of Martyrs before heading back to the hotel. Luch
